Version 1.0, 10 October 2026. These rules apply to everyone who uses VeilForge Intelligence, on the website and in the mobile apps. By creating an account you agree to follow them.
1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour
You must not post, send or upload anything that is:
- abusive, harassing, bullying, threatening or intimidating;
- discriminatory or hateful towards anyone, including on grounds of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or age;
- sexually explicit, obscene or violent for its own sake;
- defamatory, deliberately false or misleading;
- spam, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
2. Lawful, professional use only
- Use VeilForge only for legitimate protective security work and other lawful purposes.
- Only record information about a person where you or your company have a lawful reason to hold it.
- Never use VeilForge to stalk, harass or unlawfully monitor anyone.
- Keep operational information within your team. Do not share it with anyone who should not see it.
3. Keep the platform secure
- Do not share your sign-in details or let anyone else use your account.
- Do not try to access data that is not yours, test or bypass our security, or upload harmful files.
4. Reporting and blocking
Every message from another user has a menu (the three dots beside it) where you can report the message or block the sender. Blocked users can be managed from your Profile. You can also email support@veilforge.co.uk.
5. What we do about it
- We review every report within 24 hours.
- We remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or remove the accounts responsible.
- We may tell the owner of the company account the user belongs to.
- Where the law requires it, we report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
