Prize draw terms and conditions

Promoter. VeilForge Intelligence Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17491260), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: hello@veilforge.co.uk.
Eligibility. Open to attendees of the Close Protection World Security Conference, London, aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families may not enter.
How to enter. Enter at the VeilForge stand on 6 November 2026, using the QR code entry form or the paper entry sheet. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. One entry per person; duplicate entries are removed.
Choosing a draw. Entrants choose one draw:
- Company draw: for people entering on behalf of a close protection or security business. Prize: 12 months of the VeilForge Premium plan for that business.
- Operator draw: for individual operators. Prize: one Olight Warrior 3S tactical torch (black).
Closing time. Entries close at 3pm (UK time) on 6 November 2026. Entries received after that are not included.
Selecting the winners. One winner per draw is chosen at random from all valid entries on 13 November 2026, using a random selection method, supervised by someone independent of the promoter where possible.
Notifying the winners. Winners are contacted by email within 7 days of the draw. A winner who does not reply within 14 days forfeits the prize, and a replacement winner is drawn.
The Premium prize. 12 months of the VeilForge Premium plan at no charge for the winning business, starting from activation, which must happen by 31 January 2027. It is subject to the VeilForge Terms of Service, including fair use and Human Oversight allowances. It is not transferable and has no cash alternative.
The operator prize. One Olight Warrior 3S tactical torch. No cash alternative. If the stated item becomes unavailable, the promoter may provide an alternative of equal or greater value.
Excluded entries. The promoter may exclude any entry, or withhold a prize, where it reasonably believes it cannot accept it for legal, regulatory or conflict-of-interest reasons, and will then draw a replacement winner.
Winner information. The winners' surnames and counties (or company names for the company draw) are available on request to hello@veilforge.co.uk for one month after the draw. Winners may object to this. Winners will not be named in publicity without their agreement.
Your data. Entry details are used to run the draw and contact winners. They are used for marketing only if the entrant ticks the separate marketing box. Details of entrants who did not opt in to marketing are deleted within 30 days of the draw. Full details: veilforge.co.uk/privacy.
Changes. The promoter may amend or cancel the draw if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it, and will tell entrants if that happens.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
